Of pasta and spagheti

I first ate a spaghetti meal was actually in form of laksa johor, when I went visiting for hari raya around 10 or 11 years old. The host used spaghetti to replace mee kuning and despite that I didnt like laksa johor, I finished up my plate then. Then I got to learn other varieties of pasta when we went to carrefour and they sold makaroni goreng. As I grow up I encountered carbonara, aglio olio, mushrooms and some others. But mostly I prefer aglio olio and carbonara. Writing this cause I salivating imagining the creaminess of carbonara and spiciness aglio. Ehmmmm
